Kate joined Ada in December 2022. She has 7+ years experience working in training and development across different sectors including non-profit, education, healthcare and retail. She has also spent time working in Melbourne, Australia. 

Kate is responsible for setting up and managing Ada's growing short course offer, aimed at increasing apprentice diversity in our higher level digital apprenticeship programmes.  

She lives in London and loves travelling to new places, podcasts and baking.
