Computer Science Courses

Our computer science offering is evolving to reflect changes to the national curriculum. The BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Computing will be taught to learners enrolling in September 2025 and then will be phased out. Please look at the relevant section for your enrolment year.

  • Computer Science (25-26)

    Our innovative Computer Science course equips you with in-demand, industry-ready skills for a digital career by focusing on collaborative problem-solving and lifelong learning, not just on coding.

  • Computer Science (26-27)

    This course develops essential technical abilities and critical thinking skills to prepare you for a successful professional career.

T Level

  • Digital Software Development (T Level)

    Get the industry-specific knowledge and skills required to create interactive digital products and keep you ahead in the fast-paced digital industry.

A-level

  • Business Studies (A-level)

    This A-level Business course uses real-world industry projects to teach you essential topics like marketing and finance while building your problem-solving and leadership skills.

  • Graphic Communication (A-level)

    This A-Level course lets you explore diverse fields like advertising and illustration, using real-world projects and industry connections to build a professional portfolio for university or a career.

  • Maths, Further Maths & Maths Studies (A-level)

    Love solving puzzles? Curious about how technology really works? We are all about making maths come alive by applying knowledge and skills to real scenarios. We will hone in on your curiosity to see how far you can take a concept and push you to think creatively.

  • Psychology (A-level)

    This course explores the science of human behaviour and its vital connection to the digital world, developing your research and critical thinking skills through practical projects for careers in fields like AI and UX design.

Foundation courses

  • Foundation year

    The Foundation Year (Digital & Creative Pathway) is Ada’s implementation of the National Foundation Year, designed to help you build the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to succeed in one of Ada’s advanced digital programmes.
