Learning Support Assistant

Tracey joined Ada in November 2019 after a varied career. Following many years working as a Civil Servant latterly in website development, management and digital communications for several different government departments, she moved into working in social care supporting adults with disabilities and long term health conditions to live independently in their own homes. From Tracey's work in social care supporting adults with autism/learning difficulties to access the community she moved into education working in a specialist day college for adults with complex autism and then as an ABA therapist working with adults with complex autism and learning difficulties both within their homes and the community to run applied behaviour analysis (ABA) programmes to support them to learn functional, daily living and social skills.
