We are the National College for Digital Skills and our mission is to educate and empower the next generation of diverse digital talent. We are the first new Further Education College in England since 1993 and the only one that is solely focused on widening the tech talent pool in the UK.
We work with a fantastic roster of partners such as Deloitte, Google, Bank of America, Salesforce and Bloomberg and offer an innovative, supportive apprenticeship experience for our 200+ learners that prepares them to be digital pioneers achieving both academic success and, more importantly, setting them up for successful careers in tech.

At present over 50% of our students come from low income backgrounds, more than 50% are from racially diverse backgrounds and over a third of our apprentices are young women.

What’s your mission?
We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and organised Relationship Manager to ensure that, one of our largest and most prestigious employer partners, receives the highest standard of service possible from Ada. As the principal operational point of contact for the relationship, the Relationship Manager will fully immerse themselves in the project and proactively suggest and implement enhancements, to enable the delivery of a world class programme of training and development for our apprentices.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Developing a trusted partnership relationship with a key employer partner
Ensuring the smooth flow of information to and from Ada and the employer partner and ensuring that all stakeholders are fully aware of pertinent issues
Collating and responding to the Line Manager’s feedback (employer) and ensuring they are all fully prepared for their role supporting learners
Taking the lead on the overall service delivery on designated contracts in line with Service Level Agreements
Responsible for ensuring KPIs and productivity targets are met in line with contractual service level agreements
Assist with the recruitment process of apprentices where applicable
Managing the flow and task delegation of day-to-day tasks to the team
Handling, progressing and ensuring the resolution of incoming enquiries from stakeholders
Developing and running learner satisfaction surveys
Introducing new tools and methods to help improve the delivery of service
Writing and presenting status update reports at key stages of the programmes to stakeholders
Acting as an escalation point for any programme related issues or concerns
Work with the employer to ensure a seamless onboarding and induction experience for the apprentices
Act as the conduit between employer apprenticeship leadership and Ada Academic/ Skills coaching staff to resolve issues or points of confusion and an advocate for Ada within the Employer organisation and equally an advocate for the employer within Ada

Confident user of Microsoft Office or G-suite and experienced using a CRM system
Understanding of Apprenticeship policy and levy funding rules
Experience of delivering and/or managing apprenticeships
A great communicator, with the ability to communicate appropriately with a wide range of stakeholders
Project / Programme Manager experience
