Academic Pathways

Students will take three A-Levels. Those on the Architect Pathway will study Computer Science, Maths, and Further Maths, whilst Pioneer students will take Computer Science, Maths, and Business.

It is ideally suited to learners who thrive with a subject-specific focus and prefer exam-assessed learning over practical or vocational routes.

  • Digital Architect Pathway

    Combines A-Level Computer Science, Maths and Further Maths for high-achieving students aiming for top university destinations in Computing, AI, Data Science and beyond.

  • Digital Pioneer Pathway

    Combines A-Level Computer Science, Maths and Business for students combining computing with business understanding and commercial awareness.

What A-Level subjects are offered on the Academic Pathways at Ada?

At Ada, the National College for Digital Skills, our Academic Pathways let students take three tech-focused A-Levels. You can choose between two specialised routes:

How do I apply for the September 2027 Sixth Form intake at Ada?

Applications for our September 2027 intake are submitted directly through the Ada online portal. We recommend applying early in Year 11 to secure a place on your preferred pathway, attend taster days, and prepare for the admissions process.
