Cameron studied Politics and Business at the University of Greenwich before moving into a career in Human Resources and gaining his HR qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).  

Cameron is an accomplished People professional and leader with a strong background in employment law and extensive experience of coaching and supporting staff at all levels through change management and organisational development processes.  Prior to joining Ada, Cameron held senior level HR roles at BeyondAutism, Morden College, RedR UK and HireRight Ltd, where he led on strategic people initiatives which were designed to attract, develop, reward and retain the very best talent.

Cameron is passionate about partnering with leaders to ensure that all staff feel empowered and have positive and meaningful experiences while at work.
