Clair has worked in customer services for Barking & Dagenham Council, customer and administration support at Tate & Lyle and for the Secretariat department at the Royal Horticultural Society.  Then she left flowers to work with flour as Receptionist and Administrative Assistant for the UK Flour Millers for 9 years.
