National Apprenticeships Week

Ada, the National College of Digital Skills

National Apprenticeships Week - Monday 7th - Friday 11th February 2022

National Apprenticeships Week 2022 was the 15th annual week-long celebration of apprenticeships.

This week brought together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

The theme for National Apprenticeships Week 2022 was “build the future”, reflecting on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career, and businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with future-ready skills.

At Ada, thr National College for Digital Skills, our Higher Level and Degree apprenticeships get students working with a top tech employer, a degree qualification, and a salary instead of tuition debt. We believe it is important to Earn while you Learn.

The celebration of National Apprenticeships Week 2022 started by students at Ada, the National College for Digital Skills, Manchester, attending the Digital Skills Festival Conference. The Digital Skills Festival Conference was for industry professionals, education experts & policy makers to discuss and share strategies for tackling the skills issues facing our industry.

Ada were thrilled to host PwC, accuRx, Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM), Salesforce, ClearScore and Deloitte at our Sixth Form campus in Tottenham, North London for an in person apprenticeship fair during this week. It was a great opportunity for our students and parents to learn more about the fantastic career opportunities on offer.

Both apprentices and businesses linked to Ada, the National College for Digital Skills enjoyed the week of celebrations and knowledge gaining activities.
