What is your biggest goal right now?

My biggest goal right now is to learn how to properly code and not get behind my peers.

I think I kind of achieved it, but I still need to progress onto higher levels of coding. My goal now is building my personal project properly from scratch and learning throughout by myself.
Is there anything you’re nervous about?
November 2025
I’m currently struggling or, let’s just say, I’m nervous about my mocks, which are in two weeks. I haven’t started properly revising because I haven’t got the time, I have a lot of homework and I’ve still got three assignments to do this weekend.

I feel like I did very well after those mocks, because I got A’s! Now, I feel like I’m currently quite nervous about whether I’m going to be able to get an apprenticeship or not.
What’s your dream job?

Currently, I’m trying to be more interested in software development and engineering.

My future aspirations changed from software development to tech consultancy or solutions engineer. I went to a lot of events and just found out that I’m more interested in tech consultancy.
What would you say to your past self?
November 2025
I feel like I should say to myself that you should start working more because the workload does get higher, and you need to adapt more according to the workload. Just focus on your work, don’t get distracted, revise more, and don’t give up.

I would still say revise more! Even though I did good in the mocks, I feel like I should have done better.
What are you most proud of since the last interview?

I’m proud of starting my work experience at TCS. I thought I wasn’t going to get it and that it was exclusive, but it turned out to be very competitive and I got it.
What’s your next step looking ahead at the start of Year 13?

In terms of the whole year, I feel like at the start of Year 13 I need to focus more on the academic side as well, instead of just focusing on my personal side. Building my own portfolio to build my CV and my experience is my main goal currently.
