Our Autumn cohorts for both the AAA and DTSP Apprenticeship programmes are officially underway!
Right now, our new apprentices are on campus for Launchpad, a focused, five-week learning block covering the first two modules of their programme.
The goal of Launchpad is to give apprentices the time and space to build new skills and relationships in a structured, low-pressure environment before they dive into the day-to-day demands of the workplace. By the time they join their teams, they are already pre-trained in core technical stacks, version control, agile rituals, and corporate etiquette.
