The session was all about what our learners could get out of it, providing them with invaluable insight and inspiration for their next steps. By hearing directly about the volunteers’ own journeys into apprenticeships, our students got a real understanding of the value of choosing this path.
The students also walked away with a detailed breakdown of the apprenticeship assessment centre, with the PA team debunking common myths about the process to help settle any nerves. On top of that, our learners picked up top interview tips and practical strategies for working effectively as a team during group tasks.
We truly appreciate the energy, expertise, and guidance our PA volunteers brought to the session. The groundwork has been laid, and our students are now ready to tackle their first group task!
