- Artisan.ai – for contact management, email outreach and engagement tracking
- Google Workspace – for internal communication, storage and collaboration

Our data processors may transfer your information outside of the UK and EEA. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, specifically relying on Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
How long we keep your data
We retain your professional information for as long as it is relevant for our legitimate interest in building partnerships, and for a maximum of two years from the last recorded engagement with you or your organisation. We will delete your data sooner if you exercise your right to erasure or opt-out of further communication.
