A Smart, Flexible Alternative to Graduate Hiring

Ada apprentices are immediately productive and highly capable talent, developed through a curriculum co-designed with employer partners. We also offer a unique Level 4 to BSc top-up pathway.

Training Support

Apprentices are supported by dedicated skills coaches who focus on building essential human and workplace skills.

You receive employees who are not only technically proficient in industry tools, e.g., Python, JavaScript & SQL, but also workplace ready. This training in professional growth, communication, and resilience ensures they integrate seamlessly, manage projects effectively, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Minimal Cost and Bespoke Recruitment Support

The Financial Benefit:

–  Levy Paying Employers (payroll over £3m): The only cost is the apprentice salary, as training costs are fully covered.

–  Non-Levy Paying Employers (payroll under £3m): 95% of the training costs are covered.

Ada provides free, full support through the hiring process, including producing job descriptions, managing first-stage recruitment, and supplying high-potential candidates for your final decision.
