How it works

A proven model that delivers results. Ada’s tech apprenticeships blend real-world learning with academic rigour, structured to maximise value for your business.

Launchpad

The Ada apprenticeship journey begins with a 5-week onboarding programme we call Launchpad. This prepares apprentices with essential workplace and tech skills and equips them to add value to from day one.

Work-Study Cycle

Apprentices work on a cycle of 6-7 weeks embedded in your team and 1 week in focused study at Ada. This represents 80% of their time in the workplace and 20% learning with Ada, through a blended approach that mixes in-person learning, virtual sessions, and self-paced study. This ensures they can immediately apply new skills in their day-to-day role while building strong academic foundations.

Duration

Programmes span 2–3 years with options to top-up from Level 4 to Level 6.

Funding

Fully Levy-funded for eligible employers, with additional support available.

Support

Each apprentice is assigned a dedicated Skills Coach. Managers receive guidance, EPA prep and line management training.

Ada makes hiring, onboarding, and developing talent easy – from job spec to graduation.

Ada have built a fantastic programme that combines a unique learning experience anchored around creative, entrepreneurial digital skills coupled with practical, relevant industry knowledge.
