Become A T Level Partner

Welcome T Level students into your team and support the next generation of digital talent by offering an employer placement.

What are T Levels?

T Levels are advanced technical qualifications for 16–19-year-olds, designed in collaboration with employers like ARM, BBC and Cisco. Our Digital T Level equips students with the skills to thrive as junior software developers and data analysts – ready to add value from day one of their industry placement.

There’s nowhere else like this; that provides the same opportunities, that brings the same like-minded people together. You’re not going to find anywhere else like Ada.

Daniel Ada Sixth Form Graduate

Why host an Ada T Level student?

    • Access fresh digital talent: Students bring strong foundations in programming, data, cybersecurity, networking and UI/UX.

    • Mentor future leaders: Give your team members a chance to lead, mentor, and develop line management skills.

    • Support diversity & inclusion: Many Ada students come from underrepresented backgrounds, helping you build a more inclusive workforce.

    • Grow your talent pipeline: Think of placements as extended interviews – many employers stay connected post-placement.

What does the placement involve?

Timing: Placements run between July –June, typically lasting 20–30 days (flexibly structured across blocks, part-time weeks or hybrids).

Tasks: Work on real projects – from software testing to CRM systems or dashboards. Ada helps co-design tasks to ensure fit.

Formats: Placements can be in-person, hybrid, or up to 50% remote. You can also share placement time with another employer.
