We’ve been shouting from the rooftops about our incredible T Level placements with Amazon this year, and rightly so! Out of the 20 placements available, Ada students secured half of them, and these 10 students have now successfully completed their 9 week placement.

The placement itself has been a remarkable journey that goes beyond the confines of the traditional school environment.
During the programme, students were placed across various departments and teams, and each week brought something new:
Opportunities to network and connect across the organisation, learn from placement coordinators and apprentices and take part in weekly meetings, one-to-one sessions and business reviews. They also strengthened key skills such as time management, project management, and communication.
All of our Ada students were exceptional throughout the 9 weeks. We are incredibly proud of the way they represented Ada and embodied our values of Curiosity, Rigour, Creativity, Collaboration and Resilience. They were so impressive that several students were even invited to stay on beyond the official placement for an additional 2 weeks to continue contributing to their teams and projects!
Our fast-track T Level students will also benefit from an accelerated route into apprenticeships with Amazon. Instead of a lengthy multi-stage process, they’ll need only a single interview, and if successful, they’ll receive a conditional offer later in the year.
Amazon is continuing to expand its T Level programme, increasing its 20 placements to 100 for 2026. The company’s hands-on approach provides real-world experience and meaningful opportunities, giving T Level students a strong foundation for their future careers. Nationally, 92% of T Level students progress into work, further study, or apprenticeships, and they’re far more likely to enter roles within the field they trained in compared to similar routes.
We’re excited to see where our students’ journeys lead next, perhaps even into apprenticeships at Amazon (fingers crossed!). One thing we know for certain is that these students have bright futures ahead of them.
