For the first time Amazon aligned their T Level placement application process with their demanding, full apprenticeship application process. Students first had to submit an application form and CV, answer a set of questions around their motivation for applying and explain what they would bring to Amazon if selected.
From these submissions, candidates were shortlisted and invited to attend a remote Assessment Centre.
To have seven of the final 20 placements awarded to Ada students under this new structure is exceptional. We are so proud of them and can’t wait for them to use their knowledge in such a cutting edge, tech environment.
