We liked the options that they had for the different apprenticeships, and we just felt that the focus on technology was something that Royal London really wanted for our early careers cohort.
Ada fits in with our tech degree strategy at Royal London because we’re very passionate about supporting early careers. We understand that apprenticeships are one of the best ways to sustain loyalty within the company, and seeing our apprenticeships, how they’ve flourished over the last five years since we’ve brought in apprenticeships at Royal London, has been truly amazing, and they’ve brought such value. And we do feel that Ada and Royal London have a real synergy in terms of the culture and how we want to help support our early careers cohort.
Any organisations that are thinking of taking on apprenticeships, especially with Ada, I would highly recommend it. Like I said, we’ve had five years of apprentices at Royal London, and seeing them from the very beginning of their career to when they graduate, and you know, some of them are in these absolutely amazing careers throughout our business, not just in technology, but in cyber, in business management, and, you know, engineers and technology, we’ve seen them really flourish and be incredible young people. So, I would really recommend taking on apprenticeships because they are truly great people that you get out of it.
