Additional support
If a learner has any additional social or learning support needs, such as ADHD, dyslexia or anxiety, it is important to make us aware. We believe that education should be inclusive and accessible to all. Our apprentices do not require an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) to get support. Our commitment to ensuring that every individual can access and excel in their apprenticeship journey is reflected in the wide range of tailored support services we offer. We are here to empower learners with diverse needs to thrive and achieve their educational and career goals.
Welfare and Safeguarding
We know that sometimes life can be hard, so to support our learners all of our Technical Skills coaches are mental health first aid trained and we have dedicated Apprenticeship Safeguarding teams in Manchester and London. All our Learners have access to a dedicated Counselling service when and if they need it.
If you have any concerns about an apprentice please do not hesitate to contact us.
We understand that based on your unique situation, you may require different types of support. That’s why we offer a range of services to address various needs. We work closely with a range of organisations who offer specialist support and can refer you to the right support.
Safeguarding and Child Protection policy
We take any allegations or concerns around staff conduct seriously and have our own procedures for dealing with safeguarding concerns or allegations against those working in or on behalf of Ada in a paid or unpaid capacity, i.e. members of staff, including supply teachers, volunteers and contractors. If you have a concern about a member of staff’s conduct, please complete this form.
