How the programme works

Our Higher Level Apprenticeships and Degree Apprenticeships are aligned to Level 4 and Level 6 standards.

Overview

Our Higher Level (Level 4) and Degree (Level 6) apprenticeships are designed in collaboration with industry to ensure apprentices can add value from day 1. The Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions Professional (DTSP) programme leads to a BSc (Hons) degree validated by the Open University. Our Level 4 Applied AI & Automation (AAA) programme leads to a Level 4 Higher National Certificate and apprentices can focus on fast-tracking AI capability.

Our blended learning model prioritises work-based experience (80%), complemented by college study blocks (20%). Programmes begin with a Launchpad training block to build immediate technical competency, followed by a regular block release schedule (typically 1 week at Ada for every 4-8 weeks at work).

The AAA programme is an 18-month fast-track into AI and automation roles with the option to top up to complete years 2 & 3 of our DTSP programme and gain a degree apprenticeship qualification.

I felt that, as the course had been developed with employers, I would have a better chance when entering the world of work.
