How the programme works

Our Higher Level and Degree Apprenticeships (Levels 4 & 6) integrate Open University Foundation and B.Sc. Degrees, ensuring graduates earn a full degree while exceeding industry standards. We collaborate with employers to design responsive, in-demand curricula.

Our blended learning model prioritises work-based experience (80%), complemented by college study weeks (20%). All apprentices begin with a 5-week Launchpad training, then follow a block release schedule: 4-8 weeks at work, 1 week at Ada.

Level 4 programmes are two years, with an optional 14-16 month top-up for a full B.Sc., offering maximum flexibility.
