Module Overview

Problem Analysis & Solution Design

Apprentices learn to analyse existing processes and identify suitable AI and automation opportunities. They define requirements, assess feasibility, and evaluate technical and operational risks.

Building & Integrating Solutions

Learners work with AI tools, platforms, and vendors to design AI-enabled workflows. Using APIs, integrations, and low-code/no-code tools, they implement and maintain solutions within defined guardrails.

Deployment, Adoption & Governance

This module focuses on successful rollout and compliance. Apprentices implement governance controls, including Algorithmic Impact Assessments, and produce user guidance and operational documentation to support ongoing use.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

Apprentices monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions against operational metrics. They refine and improve systems using data and user feedback while escalating risks such as accuracy drift.
